Kit and I usually spend saturday nights with friends, so last night our friends organised a raclette night.
Raclette is a type of cheese, a typical dish of Switzerland, which originated from the region of Valais.
It is basically heating the cheese and scraping off the melted part.. usually paired with baby potatoes and cornichons. Raclette is just perfect for the cold weather.
And ofcourse, what’s raclette without an excellent bottle of white wine?!?
